Kumquat Subscription FAQ

1. Can I order retail items from this subscription page?

If you would like to order some merchandise, or retail coffee, please go to Kumquat Coffee Website (https://www.kumquatcoffee.com/).

To provide a better subscription management experience, we’ve created a separate Kumquat Coffee subscription page, independent from our main e-commerce site.

2. How does the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha Club subscription work?

1. Create an account on the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha subscription page

2. Choose your preferred subscription plans

3. Subscription orders ship out during the first week of the following month

Example:

  • January 1st - 31th: Join the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha Clubs & finish payments
  • First week of February: shipping of your order

3. When will I be charged and when will I receive my subscription?

Each first week of the month, we ship out your bags of coffee or matcha.

Subscribers are billed one month in advance for the following month's subscription delivery. 

For example, if you are billed in April, your subscription delivery will begin in the first week of May.

4. What are some benefits of Kumquat Coffee Club?

6. How can I manage my subscription? (Cancel, pause, resume, plan change, address update, and etc.)

You can flexibly manage your subscription by logging into your account at subscription.kumquatcoffee.com.

Go to “My Account” (top right corner) → “Manage My Subscription”, where you can:

  • Cancel, pause, or resume your subscription
  • Update your shipping address
  • Change your billing cycle & schedule
  • Modify your subscription plan
  • Add items to your subscription

7. How can I change my shipping address?

Log into our subscription page -> “My Account” (top right corner) → “Manage My Subscription” -> "Edit Subscription" -> Edit your shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is updated before your billing date so we can ensure your changes are reflected correctly in your upcoming delivery.

If you have already been charged for the month, please update your shipping address and contact us at contact@quat.co so we can make the necessary adjustments to your upcoming delivery.

8. Can I cancel my subscription (monthly, 6 months, 1 year) anytime?

Monthly subscription: Yes, there are no penalties or long-term commitments. You can cancel whenever you like.

For 6 months / 1 year billing subscription: These plans are billed upfront and are final sale. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; however the current prepaid term is non-refundable

9. I have a 6-month or 1-year subscription. Will I be charged again automatically?

Yes.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your current term and be billed in advance for the next cycle, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

10. Can I have multiple subscriptions for me and my friends?

Yes, you can!

Under your one account, you can have multiple separate subscription plans with different shipping addresses.
