How does the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha Club subscription work?

1. Create an account on the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha subscription page

2. Choose your preferred subscription plans

3. Orders ship out during the first week of the following month

Example:

  • January 1st - 31th: Join the Kumquat Coffee / Matcha Clubs & finish payments
  • First week of February: shipping of your order

What can I expect from the Kumquat Subscriptions?

Each month, you'll receive bags of coffee or matcha. Each bag weighs between 200g to 250g.

How can I change my shipping address?

1. Log in to your subscription account, or click the account link provided in your subscription order email.

2. In the "Shipping" section on the right, click the "Edit" button.

3. Update your shipping address information and click Save.

Can I have multiple subscriptions for me and my friends?

Of course you can!

Under your one account, you can have some multiple separate subscription plans with different shipping addresses.
